Trial Attorney – General Liability Litigation

About the role

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its rapidly expanding plaintiff practice in South Florida. The attorney will work on a heavy and complex caseload, guiding matters from pre‑litigation through trial and delivering results for consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full spectrum of cases, including slip‑and‑fall, security negligence, wrongful death, dog bite/animal attack, and other general liability matters.
• Conduct pre‑litigation investigations, draft pleadings, and oversee discovery.
• Prepare and execute trial strategy, including witness preparation, evidence presentation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and legal assistant to ensure efficient case progression.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with substantial experience in general liability and trial litigation.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of complex cases.
• Strong courtroom presence and a track record of successful trial outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case docket management software.
