Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager is responsible for daily cash and liquidity management, including banking activities, short‑term investments, intercompany funding, and cash forecasting. This role also serves as the primary user of the organization’s Treasury Management System (TMS) and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash activities, intercompany funding, short‑term investments, and approve ACH and wire transfers.
• Maintain and improve Kyriba system, handling data transmission and interface issues.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasts and related reporting.
• Improve banking structure, negotiate fees, and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with treasury policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 8+ years of banking and treasury experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Kyriba (or similar Treasury Management System).
• Experience with cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, and short‑term investment processes.
