General Manager, Line of Credit

About the role

CreditNinja is looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to own and scale its line of credit (LOC) business. Reporting to the President of CreditNinja Lending, you will have full P&L responsibility and will drive the product from early traction to a profitable, durable business line.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the LOC business, setting revenue and profitability targets while managing risk‑adjusted returns.
• Define and execute growth strategy, aligning the LOC with installment loans to serve a broader customer base.
• Optimize unit economics across credit limits, draws, utilization, pricing and repayment.
• Partner with Marketing to acquire new customers across direct, partner and mobile channels and increase lifetime value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, credit, risk and analytics teams to improve the digital experience and underwriting.
• Build and scale funding strategy with Finance and Capital Markets.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing cross‑functional team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years progressive experience in consumer lending, fintech or financial services with senior leadership and P&L ownership.
• Proven track record scaling early‑stage revolving credit products into profitable operations.
• Deep understanding of revolving credit economics, underwriting, pricing and regulatory requirements (TILA, Regulation Z, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP).
• Experience serving subprime or near‑prime consumers is a plus.
