About the role

We are looking for an energetic Travel Sales Specialist who is fluent in English and passionate about travel. In this role you will work with premium U.S. travelers, helping them plan, book and manage trips while maximizing savings and delivering exceptional support.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify incoming prospects and turn them into business opportunities.
• Identify clients' travel needs and match them with appropriate products.
• Guide clients through product options to close deals.
• Provide top‑tier customer care to ensure a perfect client experience and loyalty.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with each client.
• Collaborate with a small team of agents and a team leader.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Learn from mistakes and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Goal‑oriented and able to overcome obstacles.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and learning agility.
• Comfortable handling stressful situations with a positive attitude.
• International background or experience working with U.S. native speakers.
