Travel Registered Nurse – Med Surg – $1,566 per week

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical‑Surgical care to join a 13‑week assignment in Palestine, Texas. The position starts on 15 June 2026 and involves 12‑hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a medical‑surgical unit.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care in the electronic health record.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care according to protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Active RN license (eligible for Texas licensure).
• Experience in medical‑surgical nursing.
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel for a 13‑week assignment.
• Ability to start on the specified start date.
