About the role

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Medical‑Surgical care for a 13‑week travel assignment in Palestine, Texas. The position offers 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, with a competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,656 to $1,819.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the facility’s healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications, accurately record administration, and monitor patient responses.
• Report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments promptly.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Texas or a compact RN license applicable in Texas.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 to 2 years of recent Medical‑Surgical nursing experience.
• Telehealth course completion preferred.
