Travel Experience Coordinator

About the role

As a Travel Experience Coordinator at Resort to Laura Madrid, you will bring curated itineraries to life for a discerning clientele. Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate closely with Travel Advisors and external partners to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, spa appointments, guides, and other concierge services for each itinerary.
• Prepare polished proposals and final travel documents for clients.
• Maintain CRM records and client databases with up‑to‑date information.
• Communicate guest preferences to hotels and destination partners.
• Provide administrative and operational support to multiple Travel Advisors.
• Assist with vendor events, mailings, and cross‑team coverage as needed.
