Training Operations Associate II

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Training Operations Associate II to join the Provider Enablement team. The role focuses on scaling and streamlining the onboarding and training experience for our network of therapists and mental‑health providers. You will work closely with clinical partners to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, and technical support needed to deliver high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and roll out onboarding and training content for both 1099 and W‑2 providers, handling high‑volume execution.
• Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions, manage agendas, send invites, troubleshoot technical issues in real time, and track attendance.
• Own end‑to‑end logistics for training programs, ensuring prerequisites, documentation, and system access are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, delivering responsive “customer‑service” support and addressing individual requests.
• Identify recurring technical pain points, collaborate with product and IT teams to design mitigation steps, and improve training KPIs.
• Analyze existing workflows, propose and implement scalable process improvements, and partner with Clinical, HR, IT, and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Experience managing high‑volume onboarding or training operations, preferably in a healthcare or SaaS environment.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of identifying gaps and delivering scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, able to work closely with therapists and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple concurrent logistics.
