Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator will support the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company SOPs. Working onsite in Alameda, this 12‑month position assists managers in defining training needs and delivers accurate, timely training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the LMS: set up audiences, certification trainings, courses, and track in‑class, online, onsite and offsite training.
• Collaborate with department managers to define training requirements, timelines, and ensure training completion.
• Generate and distribute regular reports for management and audit purposes.
• Assign courses to employees, monitor completion percentages, and notify managers when documentation can be released in TeamCenter.
• Input content into the LMS using predefined naming conventions and organizational structures.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with FDA regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
• Stay current on software updates and assist in resolving LMS‑related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of progressive experience with LMS, MS Office, and related software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with all employee levels.
• Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays if directed.
