Remote Entry-Level Recruiter (Full-Time)

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
• Conduct one‑on‑one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
• Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
• Manage follow‑ups, scheduling, and documentation
• Represent the company’s culture and values in every conversation

Required profile

• Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus)
• Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven
• Tech‑savvy and organized while working independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

What we offer

• Hourly pay: $15/hr training, then $17.50–$20/hr
• Weekly performance bonuses: $1,000–$3,000+
