Join the YMCA of Greater Boston as a Toddler & Preschool Teacher, providing family‑centered early education and care for children in the North Suburban area.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and emotional well‑being of children at all times.
• Plan and implement age‑appropriate curriculum that supports child development.
• Provide differentiated instruction and conduct assessments, offering feedback to parents.
• Model YMCA character values and use positive behavior‑management techniques.
• Collaborate with co‑teacher to design and maintain the classroom environment.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and adherence to regulations.
• Mission‑driven, committed to YMCA’s goals and community focus.
• People‑person with good human‑relations skills.
• At least 21 years old, holds an EEC certification, and can obtain First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Prevention, Bloodborne Pathogen, and Sexual Harassment training within required timeframes.
