Title Assistant (Remote)

About the role

The Title Assistant supports residential, commercial and industrial title processes by gathering information, responding to inquiries and ensuring data accuracy. This remote position works closely with internal teams, external clients and field escrow offices to keep the title workflow moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain files, records and reports related to title transactions.
• Monitor and track workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, gathering information to resolve issues.
• Prepare documentation, reports and communications for the title process.
• Collaborate with multiple parties to coordinate resolution and completion of title matters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in the title industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive service attitude.
• Detail‑oriented with good judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
