About the role

The Leasing Professional will manage all leasing activities for The Views at Harbortown, a mid‑rise, stabilized community of 300 units in Jacksonville, Florida. The role focuses on attracting new residents, maintaining high occupancy, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
  • Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
  • Maintain resident satisfaction and handle lease renewals to achieve retention goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Ability to interact professionally with prospects and residents.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage applications and lease documentation.
  • Attention to detail for credit and background screening processes.
  • Commitment to delivering a positive resident experience.
