TikTok LIVE & Music Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead global marketing strategy for TikTok’s live‑streaming and music products. Based in Los Angeles, you will shape positioning, craft narratives, and drive end‑to‑end campaign execution for billions of users and creators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of high‑impact marketing campaigns that translate product features into culturally relevant stories.
• Collaborate with creative, media, social, PR, product, artist, insights, finance and other internal teams to ensure cohesive planning and delivery across all channels.
• Align global strategy with regional teams, providing nuanced execution guidance for local markets.
• Support planning for owned programs, identifying opportunities to innovate formats and enhance creator and viewer experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to voice, messaging, and design standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record of launching campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
• Strong project‑management abilities with capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated effectiveness collaborating across cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and culture.
• Preferred experience in livestreaming, music products, creator platforms, or social media ecosystems.
• Experience developing and executing global marketing campaigns.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.
