Therapist (OT/PT/ST) – Kids First Clinic – Warren

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a contracted therapist to join the interdisciplinary team at the Kids First clinic in Warren. The role focuses on delivering evidence‑based therapy to children from birth to five years old who present with speech, motor, or developmental delays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational, physical, or speech therapy services tailored to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with UAMS policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current Arkansas license to practice occupational, physical, or speech therapy.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, vaccinated workplace or possessing an approved exemption.
• Ability to work on‑site at the clinic and adhere to UAMS employment regulations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic techniques for early childhood development.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and interdisciplinary communication.
