Test Manager - SAP Supply Chain System

About the role

CACI is looking for a Test Team Manager to provide overall test strategy and tools management for an SAP web-based supply chain management system used by a government customer. The role plans and runs test events for monthly maintenance, quarterly enhancements and special projects, including integration, performance, UAT and regression tests. It is customer-facing, with weekly verbal status updates to stakeholders, and involves working with the Business Process functional team and overseeing the Test Automation Team.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and manage the Micro Focus ALM tool test cycles, test lab and dashboard modules
• Own the program Test Strategy document, covering test events, metrics reporting, test data management and test automation
• Support test status and strategy calls on lifecycle gate reviews and weekly PMO / CCB meetings
• Oversee demos of new automation scenarios with agency stakeholders and the automation regression test scope for monthly and special project releases
• Manage test data creation requests and support OpenText ALM custom code and workflow changes
• Assess new automation capabilities, manage UFT version compatibility with OpenText ALM (SaaS) upgrades and support security vulnerability remediation for UFT
• Communicate status to stakeholders across diverse customer organizations

Required profile

• 12+ years of relevant business experience and 8+ years of automated test development and execution
• 5+ years using OpenText and SAP tools (ALM, UFT, TAO)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent education, skills and practical experience
• Desired: SAP functional awareness in ECC, SRM, CRM, FI, SD/MM, Portals, BW; testing methodology education; cross-functional coordination; Solution Manager / Automation / Performance test experience
