Territory Sales Representative - Neurovascular, Richmond, VA

About the role

Stryker's Neurovascular division advances minimally invasive stroke therapies and provides clinical education and support to physicians. The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) drives adoption and utilization of the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio and supports the Hemorrhagic (HEM) portfolio within a designated territory, partnering with Territory Managers to grow AIS procedures in high-acuity settings. The role is field-based with 50% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Meet the annual sales quota for the territory and build a quarterly business plan.
• Execute product launches and education, focusing on AIS solutions and supporting HEM awareness.
• Analyze the territory to identify key target accounts and partners with the Territory Manager.
• Monitor competition on pricing, delivery schedules and merchandising, and keep customers informed on new products, supply and pricing trends.
• Build relationships with multiple customers per account and support marketing education programs for physicians.
• Take part in professional society meetings and trade shows, and maintain technical knowledge through training and publications.
• Handle rep stock inventory carefully and follow quality system procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical sales experience (medical device and operating room experience preferred).
• Strong clinical and product knowledge of the AIS portfolio and a working understanding of HEM solutions.
• Ability to assess market potential, prioritize accounts and calls, and present technical products in a customer or clinical setting.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to drive a car and travel to customer sites.
