Territory Sales Manager – American Falls Burley Area

About the role

CO-Energy, a Connell Oil, Inc company, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow its customer base in the American Falls‑Burley area of Idaho. The role involves in‑person sales calls, managing accounts, and collaborating with the sales team to capture new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and increase sales within assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new customers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and place sales orders.
• Coach and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Attend sales meetings and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to engage in the full sales cycle with a professional image and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Willingness to meet customers in person, by phone, email or text.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Required skills

• Operating a company vehicle safely.
