Territory Manager – Ostomy Care

About the role

The Ostomy Care Territory Manager will drive sales growth for Coloplast’s Ostomy Care product portfolio within the Montgomery territory, building strong relationships with acute‑care customers and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed sales objectives, analyzing market data to identify high‑leverage opportunities.
• Engage key decision makers, conduct consultative selling, and present the financial and clinical value of Coloplast products.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, leveraging GPO/IDN contracts, marketing directives, and educational materials.
• Attend industry meetings and trade shows to generate business development opportunities.
• Manage CRM data, sales reporting, and expense administration accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of medical‑technology sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, including overnight trips, and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.
• Strong interpersonal, detail‑orientation, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM tools for territory and sales management.
