Territory Business Manager – Greenville, SC

About the role

Beta Bionics is seeking a passionate Territory Business Manager to promote its iLet Bionic Pancreas and related products across the Greenville, SC area. You will work closely with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists to drive sales in endocrinology, internal medicine, and primary care practices.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed territory sales goals for Beta Bionics products.
• Develop business plans, strategic targeting, and use Salesforce.com analytics to manage the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and office staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Market Access, Marketing, and Customer Care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices/tech or biopharma, with diabetes sales experience required.
• Field‑based candidate residing in the specified geography.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Strong knowledge of the diabetes disease state, competitive landscape, and treatment options.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000–$100,000 plus commission targeting total earnings of $169,500–$179,500.
