Territory Account Manager

About the role

The Territory Account Manager will drive sales growth and market share for HVAC products within an assigned geographic area. You will build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and end‑users while representing the company at industry events and dealer meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Secure maximum market share and sales dollars in line with company policies.
• Identify and solicit new accounts and dealers, developing effective market strategies.
• Maintain regular personal contact with assigned accounts and cultivate new relationships.
• Proactively address sales development opportunities and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Represent the company at dealer meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive trips, product shows, and industry events.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on product lines and technical developments.
• Conduct yourself professionally with contractors, customers, and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record in wholesale distribution of air‑conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.
• Experience working with residential and commercial contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
