About the role
This temporary position supports the warehouse team by handling material issuance, shipping, receiving, and inventory data entry. The role ensures accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment of internal customer orders.
Key responsibilities
- Issue materials and process packing lists.
- Ship and receive goods while maintaining accurate records in the inventory control system.
- Operate the materials module of the MRP system and perform cycle counts.
- Monitor inventory to meet internal customer orders and comply with quality and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Experience in shipping and/or the medical device industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with Customer Service departments.
- Ability to read and interpret packing lists, invoices, and international documentation.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with MRP or inventory management systems.
