Temporary Data Entry Operator – Full‑time Remote

About the role

The Temporary Data Entry Operator will prepare patent application files for data conversion, performing proofreading, editing and sequencing tasks to support daily production and meet client schedules. The role is full‑time, work‑from‑home and requires successful completion of training in one of the disciplines – Chemistry, Equations, or Tables.

Key responsibilities

• Verify receipt and check all pieces of the image delivery.
• Complete electronic summary checklist and zone file segments (CWU, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages, Unused data).
• Process patent applications by moving images into proper folders and handling problem files according to established procedures.
• Assist in training new employees and contribute to problem resolution.
• Meet or exceed quantity and quality production metrics and participate in continuous process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to work in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of computer applications (mouse, keyboard and Windows).
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and capacity to retain large amounts of information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to make decisions with good judgment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass pre‑employment testing, LN RT Verification and BI Clearance.
