Telemedicine Family/Internal Medicine Provider (MD/DO) – Texas

About the role

We are looking for board‑certified MD or DO physicians licensed in Texas to provide adult‑only primary care via telemedicine. The role involves delivering 15‑ to 30‑minute video‑audio appointments on a flexible schedule, seven days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary‑care consultations through a HIPAA‑compliant video‑audio platform.
• Maintain continuity of care by managing an empaneled patient panel.
• Utilize Circle Medical’s proprietary EHR to document visits and coordinate follow‑up.
• Set and manage your own recurring schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with patient‑care advocates and a licensed medical team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with a valid Texas DEA registration.

Required profile

• Completed an accredited medical program with national certification.
• Current Texas medical license and valid Texas DEA registration.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least 2 years post‑residency practice experience (preferred).
• Residency in the United States.
• Personal computer running Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2021.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Circle Medical’s proprietary HIPAA‑compliant EHR.
• Ability to operate video‑audio telemedicine software on Windows 11 Pro.
• Ability to operate telemedicine software on a Mac (2021 or newer).

What we offer

• Fee‑for‑service model paying $50 per encounter plus performance incentives.
• Average earnings of $100–$200 per hour for fully empaneled primary‑care providers.
