About the role

The TeleAudiology Provider delivers comprehensive remote audiology services to patients and clinic staff via a secure video platform. Acting as an extension of the in‑clinic care team, this role provides real‑time clinical, technical, and sales support to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes and a seamless care experience.

Key responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations, consultations, and follow‑up care via video, interpret test results and provide clinical diagnoses.
Recommend appropriate hearing aids, create treatment plans, and counsel patients on device use and expectations.
Guide patients through hearing‑aid selection and purchasing, supporting case acceptance and conversion rates.
Troubleshoot hearing‑aid, software, and connectivity issues in real time, including remote device programming and adjustments.
Collaborate with clinic teams to support patient flow, act as a clinical resource, and train staff on remote care best practices.
Develop and refine remote‑testing workflows, improve patient experience, and maintain compliance and documentation standards.
