Account Supervisor

About the role

You will lead day‑to‑day delivery across assigned accounts and studies supporting digital products used in clinical trials and related healthcare communications. The role involves coordinating teams, guiding junior colleagues, and ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery across accounts, working with senior leads on customer success and delivery strategies.
• Serve as primary relationship lead for customers, facilitating touchpoints, monitoring satisfaction, and escalating issues.
• Oversee project planning, onboarding, deployment and delivery of digital products.
• Delegate and coordinate activities, review outputs and guide junior team members.
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets, utilization and scope, recommending actions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, communications, business or technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of professional experience in a service industry related to medical communications, clinical‑trial operations, SaaS or similar.
• Experience supporting customer relationships and coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management and CRM platforms such as Wrike and Salesforce.
• Experience using AI tools in production or content‑delivery workflows.
