Technology Recruiter / Director – Full‑desk Permanent Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Technology Recruiter who will own a full‑desk permanent recruiting practice for our NYC technology team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work alongside the firm’s top producer and help expand our relationships with quantitative trading firms, investment managers and fast‑growing tech startups.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and place candidates across ML engineering, quant research, software and data engineering, cybersecurity, IT leadership and product management roles.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for elite hedge funds, private‑equity firms and cutting‑edge technology companies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from client brief to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, FinTech Sales) to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Track production metrics and drive revenue growth through uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Proven track record in permanent technology recruiting, preferably within finance or high‑growth tech sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously with no geographic restrictions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing a full‑desk portfolio and meeting high production targets.
