About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with daily tasks.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on motorcycles.
• Complete thorough motorcycle inspections.
• Prepare new motorcycles for delivery.
• Install genuine Harley‑Davidson accessories.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable attendance.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own basic hand tools (preferred).
