Technical Support Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead and grow our Product Expert team in San Francisco. You will empower a diverse group to deliver best‑in‑class support at the intersection of business intelligence and AI, acting as a technical leader and strategic bridge between customers, product, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, modeling high‑touch advisory relationships.
• Take ownership of team output, unblock issues, and provide tools, mindset, and coaching for success.
• Source, screen, and mentor talent, fostering a culture of customer focus, growth, and technical excellence.
• Identify friction in support processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Synthesize customer pain points into actionable insights for product and engineering road‑maps.

Required profile

• 5+ years in technical, customer‑facing roles (support, solutions engineering, or consulting) with 1–2+ years of people‑management experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with modern BI and AI stacks such as Looker, DBT, Snowflake, BigQuery, and agentic workflows.
• Thrives in high‑growth environments and can translate complex architectural issues into clear business outcomes.
• Located in San Francisco and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite).
