Enterprise Solutions Engineer – West

About the role

Oak is building an AI‑native Identity Operating System and seeks a senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer for the West region. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate Oak’s platform to CISOs, IAM engineers and compliance leaders at large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery calls to map prospect identity stacks across on‑prem, cloud, SaaS and home‑grown applications.
• Deliver customized product demos that showcase Oak’s identity graph, access reviews, just‑in‑time requests and lifecycle management for humans, non‑human identities and AI agents.
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) with prospects.
• Own technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop technical strategies, troubleshoot deal blockers and advance opportunities.
• Provide prospect and customer technical feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or identity (IAM, IGA, PAM or related).
• Deep knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts such as JML, access reviews and RBAC.
• Proven ability to run demos, build POVs and address complex technical questions.
