Technical Sourcer – AI & Machine Learning Talent

About the role

As a Technical Sourcer, you will be the engine for our growth as a leading foundation model company, responsible for identifying and engaging world‑class technical talent. This hands‑on role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates, as well as leading strategic hiring initiatives alongside Recruiting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for Research/ML Engineering, Platform & Software Engineering, and Product Engineering roles.
• Utilize diverse channels such as academic conferences, research publications, open‑source communities, and professional networks to find exceptional candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with highly technical audiences.
• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating closely with Recruiting and hiring managers.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in technical sourcing, focusing on engineering hiring.
• Proven ability to source highly specialized technical roles and discuss machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or large‑scale systems.
• Track record using Boolean search, talent mapping, and navigating complex online ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technically credible outreach.
• Meticulous attention to detail and experience with ATS and recruiting software.
