Technical Sales Executive

About the role

IKONIC is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to drive adoption of its innovative IT solutions. The role combines deep technical knowledge with sales expertise to understand client needs, articulate value, and craft tailored proposals. You will work remotely, collaborating with global clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and provide accurate project estimates.
• Lead upselling and cross‑selling initiatives across new and existing accounts.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals while maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn and other marketing tools, and manage cold‑email campaigns.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, transfer knowledge to development teams, and enforce project deadlines.
• Conduct client meetings via voice or video calls to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, pre‑sales, or client engagement within the IT/software industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing software or digital solution deals.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and solution architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with MERN stack, Laravel and mobile frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of AI‑based solutions and CRM/sales analytics tools.
