Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Infosys is seeking an experienced and driven recruiter to partner closely with business leaders and shape hiring strategies for high‑growth, future‑ready technologies. This individual‑contributor role offers strong visibility, hands‑on ownership, and clear career progression within the Talent Acquisition team, operating in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets.
• Leverage market insights, competitive benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions.
• Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, EEO guidelines, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes.
• Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional, engaging candidate interactions and branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years progressive experience in lieu).
• At least 4 years of relevant recruitment experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 1 year with a Master’s degree.
• Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
• Good knowledge of technology hiring across industries, including digital, infrastructure, and application development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking.
