Technical Recruiter (Starbase)

About the role

SpaceX is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join its Starbase team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for mission‑critical engineering and skilled‑labor positions, acting as the first point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client groups to define headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and provide interview feedback.
• Screen incoming applications, source passive talent, and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct candidate tours, coordinate onsite interview schedules, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the offer process, including background checks, negotiation, and extending offer letters.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and adapt daily activities to shifting hiring priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of recruiting experience, or associate degree with 2+ years, or 3+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated success in full‑life‑cycle technical recruiting, preferably in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or skilled‑labor domains.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
