Technical Recruiter – Remote

About the role

VetsEZ is seeking a self‑motivated Technical Recruiter to support a portfolio of federal government healthcare technology programs. This fully remote position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of IT roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals and networking.
• Conduct phone and video pre‑screen interviews to assess technical background and fit.
• Maintain pipelines for current openings, proposal staffing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure proactive communication, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Track activity in the ATS and meet hiring targets while handling high‑volume requisitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build relationships.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check and obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.
