About the role

Cindavi, a technical recruiting firm focused on engineering placements, is looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join its Austin office. You will work with a proven 7‑phase methodology, receive daily coaching from the founders, and have a clear path to high earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Conduct phone screens and qualification calls with engineering professionals.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, gather feedback, and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain relationships through onboarding to ensure successful start dates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, customer‑facing roles, or recent graduate with strong drive.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone and communicating confidently.
• Coachable mindset, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

What we offer

• $55K base salary with uncapped commission.
• Realistic OTE of $85K–$110K+.
• Founder‑led daily coaching and structured 30/60/90‑day ramp.
