Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead customer programs involving embedded automotive and stationary control units, acting as the primary interface between customers and Bosch engineering teams to achieve quality, cost, delivery, scope and satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary technical interface with customers and coordinate requirements, change requests and release planning.
• Lead global cross‑functional teams across systems, software, hardware, mechanical, validation, manufacturing and purchasing to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and corrective actions, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Track program financials, conduct risk assessments and support quotation and RFQ activities.
• Oversee product development from concept through SOP, including architecture reviews, integration, validation and production readiness.
• Coordinate PPAP activities, launch support and issue resolution during pilot and serial production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years experience in automotive, off‑highway, industrial or embedded systems development.
• 5+ years of technical project management leading global engineering projects.
• Proven track record managing complete product development life cycles from concept to SOP.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
