- Lead technical onboarding of external data sources, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, quality and operational readiness.
- Drive upstream and downstream integrations so patient data is available for analytics, reporting, AI/ML and decisioning platforms.
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and cross-team handoffs.
- Set standards for data accuracy, timeliness and completeness, with monitoring, observability and remediation with engineering teams.
- Partner with architects on integration patterns, scalability, interoperability and technical debt.
- Embed data governance, lineage, privacy, consent, security and regulatory requirements into product design and delivery.
- Maintain an end-to-end view of dependencies across consuming products and build partnerships across business, architecture, engineering and external vendors.
- Define metrics for product health, data quality, adoption and stability to guide continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data/Analytics or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (PMP/PgMP/Product) preferred.
- 10+ years leading complex technical integrations, enterprise data products and cross-functional delivery in large-scale IT environments.
- Proven track record of translating business needs into product roadmaps and driving cross-team execution.
- Solid background in data privacy, consent, security and regulatory compliance for sensitive patient data.
- Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated data environments, and in Agile/multi-team delivery.
Required skills
- Cloud platforms, APIs, batch/event integrations, data pipelines, data modeling and enterprise architecture patterns.
- End-to-end data lifecycle, data quality, governance, lineage and privacy.
- Product and delivery management: roadmap and backlog management, prioritization, dependency and risk management.
- Communication, facilitation, negotiation and influence without direct authority.
What we offer
- Expected salary range of $142,200 - $264,000, depending on experience, qualifications and location.
- A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
- The position qualifies for the benefits described in the original listing.
