About the role

Ready is looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and market demands.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, adjusting to market changes and customer feedback.
• Leverage technical expertise to understand product architecture, evaluate feasibility, and translate constraints into actionable product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Scope and evaluate AI‑powered capabilities, ensuring they deliver genuine user value in a dependable and transparent manner.
• Engage directly with key customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager at a mid to senior level.
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
