Technical IT Audit Lead

About the role

The Technical IT Audit Lead performs specialized auditing tasks related to bank technology operations, focusing on cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. The role involves planning, testing, reporting, and follow‑up with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT‑related audits, collaborating with audit teams.
• Identify risks, define audit scope, and develop risk‑based procedures.
• Collect and analyze data, prepare detailed audit documentation, and present findings to management.
• Provide value‑added recommendations to improve controls and evaluate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5‑6 years of IT audit, information security, or technology GRC experience; 6‑8 years in financial services preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FFIEC, NIST, PCI DSS, etc.) and ability to interpret compliance requirements.

• Active Directory, Linux, iSeries Midrange, Azure, ServiceNow, Jira.
