Technical Delivery Manager – Digital Projects

About the role

Real Chemistry’s in‑house production studio, 21GRAMS, is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of digital products for healthcare and biotech clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery for websites, web applications, mobile apps, landing pages, email campaigns, interactive modules, motion graphics, and UI/UX design assets.
• Coordinate production workflows from requirements gathering through development, QA, and deployment, ensuring smooth handoffs between creative, UX, development, and QA teams.
• Oversee timelines for 10‑20 concurrent projects, track progress, identify blockers, and maintain quality standards.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable technical tasks, resource plans, and realistic schedules in partnership with development leads.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical requirements, specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Participate in client meetings, provide status updates, and communicate risks and resolutions proactively.

Required profile

• Emerging leader with a solid technical foundation and proven project‑management experience.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Experience coordinating creative and development teams to deliver digital solutions.
