Tech Trainer

About the role

Keller Williams Realty Centre is seeking a Tech Trainer to guide real‑estate agents through onboarding, technology adoption, and ongoing system support. You will be the go‑to person who simplifies complex tools, helps agents stay organized, and ensures they can leverage technology to achieve high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding sessions that introduce new agents to the company’s digital platforms and tools.
• Provide hands‑on training, workshops, and one‑on‑one coaching on software, CRM systems, and other technology resources.
• Offer continuous support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain up‑to‑date training materials.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to identify training gaps and improve processes.
• Monitor agent adoption metrics and report on training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a patient, people‑focused attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Passion for helping others succeed and a proactive approach to learning new tools.

Required skills

• Comfort with learning and teaching various software applications.
• Basic troubleshooting and system navigation abilities.
