Tech Recruitment Consultant – NYC (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding New York City team. This hybrid position offers three days of remote work per week and immediate access to a robust pipeline of technology vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple live recruitment processes across engineering, AI, machine learning, and data roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture‑backed startups, scale‑ups, and established technology firms.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement, focusing on high‑value technology markets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership who generate business and open doors, allowing you to concentrate on candidate engagement and deal closure.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in permanent recruitment.
• Comfortable handling several active vacancies simultaneously.
• Motivated by performance, progression, and financial reward.
• Technology recruitment background is a plus, but a strong general recruitment foundation is essential.
• Open to candidates transitioning from 180‑degree or 360‑degree recruiting models.
