Tech Recruitment Consultant – NYC, 3 Days Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing NYC recruitment team backed by a well‑established North American staffing firm. You will work with an existing pipeline of 50+ live roles and strong client relationships, focusing on early‑stage and growth tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Convert existing client relationships into revenue by filling high‑value engineering, AI, and data positions.
• Manage a high‑volume desk, sourcing and placing candidates across technical roles.
• Maintain and grow relationships with established hiring clients.
• Meet or exceed performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in permanent tech recruitment.
• Comfortable handling volume and a rapid pace.
• Motivated by output, earnings, and career progression.
• Either 180‑day or 360‑day recruitment experience.
