Team Truck Driver (CDL‑A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to operate van and double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule with five days on the road and two days off.

Key responsibilities

• Pull 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain a five‑day on‑road, two‑day home schedule.
• Ensure safe and compliant operation of all equipment.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition qualification).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification
• Experience with double/triple trailer operation
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred)
