Team Member – Closing Shifts (Up to $18.50/hr)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: take orders, process sales, handle payments and resolve issues.
• Prepare menu items and maintain product quality.
• Monitor service equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment following OSHA and company standards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels.
• Support team recognition and motivation initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and work ethic.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills and cash‑register operation.
• Completion of training certification and enthusiasm to learn.
