Shift Manager – Closing Shifts – Up to $19.50/hr

About the role

As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure consistent satisfaction.
• Oversee team members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean, neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance and assist with hiring and training.
• Support profit & loss management by following cash control, inventory, and labor procedures.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift‑lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Adherence to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Physical ability to move up to 45 lb and operate a cash register.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and basic math skills.
