Shift Manager – Earn up to $20/hr

About the role

As a Shift Lead at Taco Bell, you will drive the team with energy and passion, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. You will lead shifts, resolve guest concerns, and collaborate with management on business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and provide feedback to the GM.
• Assist with hiring, profit & loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Maintain product preparation standards and health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and maintain attendance.

Required skills

• Basic math and cash register operation.
• Adherence to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and handle conflicts.
