About the role
The Team Lead Rehabilitation Operations will provide expert patient care while supporting the site manager in optimizing operational performance. This role blends clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities across patient access, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform essential PT, OT, or SLP therapist duties using evidence‑based practice.
- Assist leadership in improving access, patient experience, service recovery, and compliance.
- Represent Rehab Services at interdisciplinary meetings and facilitate bi‑directional communication.
Required profile
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the relevant therapy field; Master’s preferred.
- Ability to train others and analyze complex data for performance improvement.
Required skills
- Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology clinical skills.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Data collection, analysis, and demographic analysis capabilities.
