Team Lead

About the role

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily administrative operations and support team performance at its Guatemala office. This on‑site role focuses on driving accountability, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support daily team operations, ensuring work is accurate, efficient and meets company standards.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, conduct regular 1:1 meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate workloads, monitor productivity, quality and KPIs, and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, identify workflow improvements and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments, support onboarding, training and development of new hires.
• Prepare reports, analyze operational metrics and update leadership regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising administrative or operational teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience with business management systems.
